- Geographic Range: Mountains of southeastern Arizona, southern New Mexico, Trans-Pecos Texas south to Sonora, Chihuahua, and central Durango.

- Remarks: Semi-erect to procumbent herb with lanceolate to oblong-linear, olive to gray-green leaves. Lavender to purplish, two-lipped bell-shaped flowers in leaf axils, May
to August. Stems and leaves coarse to the touch with tricomes. Low water, full sun well draining soil, hardy.
